Vision

Empowering pastors and church leaders to create healthy, reproducing churches.

Mission

Two fold: 1) to focus church leaders in strategy planning to maximize the health and growth potential in local churches; 2) to help cultivate the life and ministry of pastors and church leaders through the means of coaching to empower and increase their effectiveness in serving their flock.

Statement of Faith:

We believe in the God of the Bible and have embraced the salvation provided through His Son, Jesus Christ. We believe God is at work today through the power of His Holy Spirit.
