Imagine a nation in this world with a culture as diverse as America. There are some 500 distinct ethnic groups who communicate in over 600 languages. Our mandate is to empower churches to carry out effective cross-cultural ministries to a growing population of over 100 million ethnic Americans. Empower Forward is equipped to provide a coaching network of trained and certified coaches to nearly 400 Intercultural missionaries to assist in developing healthy reproducing churches. Included in the mission of Empower Forward, is one of the most urgent needs, coming alongside nearly 3,500 ethnic church leaders to encourage, network, and resource these leaders who have had little to no training for the role God has given them. The vital role of Empower Forward is to cultivate dynamic leaders who grow and multiply healthy churches through a Holy Spirit directed process.
