It's possible to numerically grow a church, however that does not mean it is organically healthy. Healthy churches are growing churches. Where do we find the vision to take our local churches to a healthy level? How do we summon the profoundly needed passion to keep "raising the bar"? Empower Forward is a ministry team designed to help cultivate and invigorate the life and ministry of local churches and other related ministries.
Who We Are
Members of Empower Forward include missionaries, pastors, church leaders, and ministry resource personnel. These team members function as a cooperative support group to help pastors and leaders in discovering methods based on biblical leadership principles.
What We Do
Empower Forward is committed to be an effective catalyst for positive change! Our focus is not programmatic, but rather to come alongside and encourage, coach, and help discover resources for pastors and church leaders to increase their effectiveness by maximizing the health and growth potential, that does exist, in their local ministries and worldwide outreach.
A fundamental change must occur from a more traditional mode to an organic ministry approach. According to Scripture the church is a living organism. An organic ministry approach is crucial to facilitating life.
How We Do It
Training Opportunities
Different levels of training are offered to church leaders and ministry workers, such as: seminars, workshops, retreats, and courses. These provide a refreshing and inspiring opportunity comprised of teaching and dialogue, group discussions and idea exchange.
